Infinix Note 70 5G Leak Tips 200MP Camera, 144Hz AMOLED Display

Infinix is preparing to expand its smartphone lineup with the upcoming Infinix Note 70 5G, which has recently surfaced in online leaks pointing toward an early launch window between January and March 2027. The device aims to shake up the mid-range market by delivering high-end specifications at a competitive price point. As details emerge across key Asian markets, tech enthusiasts are getting a clearer look at how Infinix plans to position its next-generation handset against rivals in the budget-flagship segment.

On the front, the phone is tipped to feature a 6.79-inch 1.5K AMOLED display that provides sharp visuals and rich color output. Supporting a fast 144Hz refresh rate, the panel ensures silky-smooth UI animations, fluid web scrolling, and highly responsive touch performance during fast-paced gaming. The display intelligently shifts refresh rates depending on the content being viewed, helping save battery life during static tasks while cranking up performance for gaming and video playback.

The imaging system is headlined by a high-resolution 200MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), complemented by an 8MP ultrawide lens for broader group shots and landscapes. By pairing this high megapixel count with a large 1-inch sensor and variable aperture technology, the camera pulls in significantly more light during night shots while delivering natural background blur and authentic depth of field that hardware-level optics provide over digital blurring tricks.

Under the hood, the handset is expected to be powered by a Kirin processor paired with a base configuration of 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Powering the device is a large 5,700mAh battery, offering a clear step up in endurance compared to the typical 5,000mAh cells found in most mid-range competitors. Tipped to launch at a starting price of CNY 5,499, the Infinix Note 70 5G is expected to debut first in regional Asian markets before receiving a broader global rollout later in the quarter.
